Welcome to Nevin of Edinburgh, a professional team of painters and decorators based in Edinburgh. We specialise in all aspects of interior and exterior decorating for commercial and residential customers in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth areas (but also undertake specialist projects from the south of England to the north of Scotland). We are one of the leading companies of decorators to properties ranging from substantial period properties renovations such as historic castles, churches, blocks of flats commercial offices and supermarkets - scaling down to the smallest terraced cottage.

We are active members of The Scottish Decorators’ Federation and have been awarded with the sought after Safe Contractor accreditation. We deliver our decorative painting service with the support of a universal supply chain which includes ICI Dulux Trade, Johnstone/Leyland Paints and Crown.

We supply craftsmanship, technical knowledge and an outstanding level of management to ensure our clients requirements are completed to the highest standards.

We are a well established business built on recommendation and reputation and have been providing a high quality, professional service for our customers since 1977. Our experience and knowledge enables us to advise on all aspects of decoration, painting, wallpapers, colour selection, problem solving and suitability of products. We also offer a wide range of specialist techniques not offered by most decorating companies.

We comply with all government health and safety regulations, have full public and employee liability insurance and are members of The Scottish Decorators Federation. We have also been awarded the highly coveted Health and Safety accreditation from Safe Contractors. We are preferred painters for many restorative charities and established bodies such as Historic Scotland, National Galleries of Scotland and National Trust for Scotland.
